Rosemount Capital Management, LLC (RCM) actively originates, structures, syndicates and trades a diversified portfolio of trade finance debt obligations from obligors in more developed emerging market countries on behalf of the Rosemount Global Trade Finance Fund, LP.

It also provides services to RCM Offshore, Ltd., a Dublin, Ireland based wholly owned subsidiary which performs similar activities on behalf of Rosemount Global Trade Finance Offshore Fund, Ltd. a Cayman Islands corporation. RCM was established in late 2005 with membership interests held by its management, Wood Creek Venture Fund, LLC, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance and ML Asset Holdings (an indirect subsidiary of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.). RCM has an establish team or professionals with many collective years of successful trade finance experience who work closely with an established network of contacts globally to identity suitable Trade Finance opportunities.
